1. Our Return & Exchange Policy
Because happiness should never come with stress.
At Happy Humans, we want every moment with us to spark joy—including the not-so-fun admin stuff. If something’s off with your order, we’re here to fix it with kindness and care.
2. Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order—but only if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There’s an issue with your order that’s totally our fault
We can’t accept returns on used products, opened personal care items, or items from final sales or gift boxes—because our products are handcrafted and hygiene matters.
3. How do I request a return or exchange?
Simple! Email us at: info@wearehappyhumans.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A quick note on what went wrong
- A photo or two if something’s damaged
We’ll respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
4. How does the exchange/return process work?
If approved, you can:
- Exchange for the same product
- Swap for another item of equal or higher value (with extra payment if needed)
5. Return Shipping
If the issue was our mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping.
If not, shipping costs are on you—but we’ll keep it smooth and hassle-free.
